Truth or Sip — Privacy Policy

Truth or Sip ("the app") is a party game made by Chris Mutahi in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what information the app handles. The short version: the app does not collect, store or share any personal information about you.

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. Player names you type into the game stay on your phone and are never sent anywhere.

Information stored on your device

To make the game work, the app saves a small amount of data locally on your phone:

• Which premium decks you have unlocked
• Which cards you have already seen, so questions don't repeat
• Your current game, so it can resume if you leave the app

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

In-app purchases

Premium decks are sold through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google; the app never sees your card, M-Pesa or other payment details. Google's use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Age requirement

Truth or Sip is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
